Hall of Fame Award 2.0

We take into account your total sales (net after deducting refunds and chargebacks) as a vendor and/or affiliate since your registration with Digistore24. You can claim all your Digistore24 accounts (question 6 in the Typeform application). In addition, we include joint ventures from 20% participation (question 7). 

When calculating net sales, we round up the final sum to the nearest $1,000.

The Awards 2.0 levels are as follows:

- Bronze: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 in lifetime sales*
- Silver: $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 in lifetime sales*
- Gold: $10,000,000 - $20,000,000 in lifetime sales*
- Platinum: $20,000,000 - $40,000,000 in lifetime sales*
- Diamond: $40,000,000 - $100,000,000 lifetime sales*
- Black: Over $100,000,000 in lifetime sales*

Yes, you can add multiple accounts together. Just enter all your Digistore24 IDs in the application.

Joint ventures can also be considered if they have a share of at least 20%. To do this, enter the corresponding partner IDs in question 7 in the Typeform application. We check the partnerships in our system and count them accordingly in the evaluation.

Yes, we can add up to two names to a Hall of Fame Award 2.0. Please include proof of partnership and the names you would like us to include. 

In addition, if you are a business partner and would like an award for your accomplishments instead of a joint award, please feel free to request one award each via the application form.

Yes, you decide whether your personal name or your company name is printed on your award. Please indicate your preference when ordering (question 5 in the Typeform application).

We love to see our Award 2.0 recipients share their success. Therefore, once you have placed your order, we offer you the opportunity to purchase all of the Awards 2.0 for which you qualify as a package.

Additionally, if you are a business partner and would like an award for your achievements instead of a joint one, please feel free to request your own award each via the application form.

Our new milestone crystals celebrate each and every stage of your success on your way to your next award! Each award can be enhanced with 10 custom-made zirconia crystals - one for each additional sales milestone you achieve. 

So how does that work exactly? 

Once you achieve at least 1 Million Dollars in gross sales (minus returns and chargebacks) you will qualify for a Bronze Award 2.0. Then for every 400.000,00 $ sales you make, you can order an additional milestone crystal until you have collected all 10! As soon as you’ve collected all 10 crystals you will qualify for the next higher award level, the Silver Award!

The design and amount of crystals you can collect differ depending on the award type. You can find out all the details above in the section on milestones.

If you already qualify for milestones at the time of your award application, we will automatically add the number of milestones you’ve earned to your award order. Check the milestone section above to see what turnover qualifies you for a milestone!

If you do not qualify for any milestones at the time of application, stay tuned! As soon as you reach the turnover for a milestone, you will automatically receive a notification in your Digistore24 account.

Once you reach the turnover for a (further) milestone, you will automatically receive a notification with a link to an order form. The milestone crystal is free of charge, you only pay the shipping costs!

As soon as your milestone crystal is on its way, we’ll inform you by email.

Each award weighs up to 30 kilogram.

Shipping costs can differ. As soon as your application has been approved, you will enter your delivery address on the order form and receive information on your shipping costs. Customs fees are not included and may be charged in addition.

Your application is free of charge. Once you have qualified, you will have the opportunity to purchase one or more 2.0 awards for which you qualify. The following price applies for each of the individual 2.0 awards made from high-quality materials:

For a fair evaluation, we can only give awards if the minimum net sales threshold has already been reached. Therefore, we recommend that you apply for your award a little later, if necessary, in order to reach the next higher threshold.

Sales are calculated as gross minus refunds and chargebacks.

Yes, we will send your award and cover the costs for insured shipping to your desired address. The delivery time may be extended.

Yes, the award will be shipped to the address entered in the application form. The billing address will be the address entered in the order. With that being said, please leave the address to which the invoice is to be issued when ordering. A subsequent correction is NOT possible for tax reasons.

We reserve the right to not consider granting an award if:

- The products you sold have an exceptionally high support volume or there is an unusually high amount of negative customer feedback for your products

or

- You do not generate the majority of your sales through Digistore24
