Terms and Conditions for Digistore24’s Hall of Fame Award Program

Digistore24’s Hall of Fame Award Program (the “Program”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By completing the enrollment Typeform and submitting your information to Digistore24, you (the “Applicant”) agree to be bound by the Program Terms.

How to Enter

Applicants may enter the Program by completing the Typeform (the “Application”) available at https://digibiz24.typeform.com/to/MbzlhP8b?typeform-source=awards.digistore24.com.

Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that the information submitted in the Application is true, accurate, complete, and free of typographical errors and misspellings.

Eligibility Criteria

Any Digistore24 Vendor or Affiliate who has earned at least $1,000,000 in revenue from lifetime net sales on Digistore24 (the “Revenue”) is eligible to receive a Hall of Fame Award (the “Award”). Revenue from net sales is calculated by subtracting refunds & chargebacks from gross sales on Digistore24.

Revenue can be combined from multiple accounts that belong to the Affiliate or Vendor to qualify for the Award. Only one (1) Award may be earned per Affiliate or Vendor, regardless of whether the Revenue is accumulated from multiple accounts.

Determination of Eligibility

Digistore24 will evaluate Applications to determine whether Applicants are eligible to receive the Award. Digistore24 reserves the right to deny any Application for any reason and to change or modify the Eligibility Criteria at any time, with or without notice.

Issuance of Award

Applicants who satisfy the Program’s eligibility requirements will receive a personalized Award demonstrating their achievement. The Award will incorporate the information contained in the Application. Digistore24 is not responsible for any typographical errors or erroneously entered information that appears on the Award. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Award Fee of $599.00 USD. Payment is due once the Application is approved. Failure to pay the Award Fee will result in forfeiture of the Award.
